Fisker Trouble Timeline

1109: call from Spencer. He said he'll call at around 1:30pm to confirm 2:00pm arrival.

1407: call from spencer. He said he'd be to my home with the Ocean in 25 minutes. Spencer said he was 16 miles away.

1500: spencer and rocky arrive. the walk through was unremarkable. They did not have answers to about half of my questions. I asked why it only had 499 boosts left. They looked at me, stammered a bit and provided no answer.

I know that the morning of 11/12, the car had 155 miles. That was the first time I found the odometer. According to Google Timeline data, I had driven 111.0 miles since the car's delivery. The car then must have arrived with 44 miles on it.

0800: After dropping the kids off at school at 8am, I headed towards home depot. The car was flashing every few seconds with a warning that crash detection was unavailable, please drive carefully. After several minutes of this, I turned off the crash detection to stop the warning. I thought that perhaps the fog was tripping up the camera's or LIDAR or some such, inhibiting function. I wasn't happy but figured it was a bug that needed to be worked out.

1345: I turned the crash detection back on and headed to the store about 1.5 miles from home. I shopped.

1405: returned to the car, unable to unlock. Fob as remote, fob via NFC, app unlock.. nothing. Called Fisker support, they were unable to unlock remotely. They then provided a 2 day, $200 credit for lyft and said someone would call me. I ordered a Lyft. I decided to try the fob one last time and it worked. Cancelled the Lyft, then drove to get my kids. The dash now had lights and messages indicating that there was an ADAS fault. Also, regenerative braking was no longer working at all. Other lights illuminated, including a picture of a car crashing into another. Since it said "be careful" driving, not "don't drive," I continued on to pick up the boys. 

1500: Called to update Fisker on the status, that the car was at home but throwing warnings at me. I was told that a technician would call me.

1630: Called to ask about status of technician visit. Taylor stayed on script to the point of mutual discomfort. She said she would call roadside assistance. Not sure who was called before?? I asked if it was a third party or a Fisker representative. She said it would be Fisker.

1657: Received a call back from Taylor. She said roadside assistance would be here shortly, I should have received a text. Text read "BAYER SOLUTIONS has been assigned to your service request and will be there in 60 minutes.
